It’s my son’s high school homecoming this weekend and to dress the part, he picked a “plum” slim-fit Ted Baker suit! I admired his fun fashion sense . . almost as much as I’m admiring Oakland-based Sherri McMullen’s eye for what to buy. At her eponymous luxe clothing boutique, McMullen has carefully culled the best emerging designers (Sergio Hudson) along with the tried & true classics (Carolina Herrera - LOVE this gown).
