Today is my son’s 19th birthday so what better way to celebrate than at his college town’s most authentic (exquisite house-made pastas) and festive (Mangia! Mangia!) Neapolitan restaurant, Naples 15?! Except tonight we are calling it Naples 19. . . Buon Compleanno!
