At The Draycott in LA’s tony new Palisades Village, please go for the hip neighborhood vibe and the summery Watermelon Picante (Casamigos Blanco, crushed watermelon, Cointreau, lime juice and jalapeño). But then you must stay (as a I recently did!) for the delicious roasted cauliflower, fried brussels sprouts and people watching (hello Julia Louis-Dreyfus!). Too fun.
