After the bomb cyclone “river in the sky” rainstorm we had last Sunday, it seemed fitting to highlight this little Bomber. Spotted on my friend Tracy the night before (at a most divine dinner at SF’s Fiorella Clement!), the designer happens to be her cousin. Turns out Mill Valley-based cousin J’Amy Tarr is quite the star. . . her luxe line of coats and capelets, jackets and blazers has your outerwear covered.
